This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design, develop, and enhance our agency's operating system using ClickUp during a 3-month engagement.
• Collaborate closely with our leadership team to optimize workflows, enhance project visibility, and automate manual tasks.
• Assess existing workflows and project management methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops.
• Suggest optimal agency workflows and system architecture.
• Create and configure ClickUp spaces, folders, lists, templates, and custom fields.
• Establish end-to-end workflows for client onboarding, briefing and intake processes, marketing campaign execution, and more.
• Implement processes for project tracking and delivery.
• Enhance visibility regarding project status, priorities, and team capacity.
• Set up timesheets and time-tracking systems.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for project status, team workload, capacity planning, and time utilization.
• Create automations to minimize manual administrative tasks.
• Document processes and system architecture.
• Provide training and handover sessions to ensure team integration and usage.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing ClickUp for agencies or professional services firms.
• Solid understanding of project management, workflow design, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with ClickUp automations, dashboards, templates, and reporting features.
• Capability to lead workshops and convert business needs into actionable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A brief summary of your ClickUp implementation experience. (A video explanation is acceptable)
• Examples or case studies showcasing similar agency implementations.
