This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Integrated within the Application Services department and under the guidance of a Cluster Lead, the primary role of an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant is to assist our outsourced clients in the following ways:
• Engage directly with customers to gather their requirements.
• Lead the Payroll project implementation through various phases of the project.
• Offer application support and implementation consultancy through expert advice, guidance, and relevant technical activities.
• Create easy-to-maintain, error-free implementations and customizations that align with Strada's best practices.
• Conduct necessary system tests using either provided or self-created test data to ensure that applications/developments satisfy the agreed specifications.
• Produce documentation (both technical and functional) for implemented work packages.
• Manage personal daily tasks while supporting project priorities to meet deadlines.
• Regularly update the Team/Project Manager on status and progress.
• Maintain both internal and external communication channels at the appropriate level.
• Communicate the status, resolutions, and root causes of assigned issues.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of general HR processes and the SAP HR architecture.
• Adhere to project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of assigned work package implementations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technical studies, or equivalent qualifications.
• Prior experience in implementing SAP HCM applications.
• Participation in 3 or more Austrian project rollouts.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality support and implementation in the Human Resource field.
• Service-oriented with a robust client focus and a sense of accountability.
• Dedicated to the customer, the team, and the project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle information discretely and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Austrian payroll processes.
• Proficiency in the German language.
