This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conducts customer-facing onboarding activities, which encompass customer discovery, creation of desired outcomes, success planning, and comprehensive platform training.
• Manages back-office onboarding tasks, including new account activations, platform setup, and keyword/search entry and refinement.
• Achieves key onboarding KPIs, focusing on milestone accomplishments, response times, time to value, and customer satisfaction.
• Capable of articulating customer desired outcomes and translating them into Cision Customer Success deliverables.
• Engages in ongoing learning and development of knowledge pertaining to all Cision platforms, establishing credibility to effectively onboard customers.
• Collaborates in a highly consultative manner with customers to identify and comprehend their needs and goals, providing personalized guidance for successful adoption of the Cision platform.
• Interacts with customers consistently throughout the onboarding process to address questions and concerns, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Works collaboratively with all customer-facing roles to facilitate a seamless and successful transition from sales to onboarding to customer success.
• A graduate degree is preferred.
• Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position with the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners while coordinating essential customer deliverables to ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Comprehends how to illustrate the use and adoption of Cision software and services to achieve customer outcomes and goals.
• Advanced listening and verbal communication skills to ascertain customer needs, with the ability to respond clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in a global newswire or media distribution organization is advantageous.
• Background in customer/public relations or communications is favorable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Customer Success software is desired.
