This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Support our clients in establishing optimal clinical operations that prioritize patient outcomes, enhance patient care efficiencies, minimize costs, and deliver compelling customer value propositions.
• Technical duties may encompass assessing business processes, suggesting process improvements, documenting processes, identifying issues, configuring databases and systems, specifying/designing hardware/software, managing change, testing proposed strategies, determining training requirements, and deploying solutions.
• Aid in the formulation and enhancement of our consultative services.
• Create relevant metrics that showcase the achievement of clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Provide active support for product training and implementation through established processes, access to eLearning, onsite and remote training, and ongoing follow-up to ensure effective adoption and optimal use of our solutions/products.
• Serve as the clinical resource for the Varian project implementation team, specializing in content curation, product configuration, testing, and workflow management.
• Take ownership of mapping the current workflow to the future state along with the corresponding gap analysis.
• Facilitate in-depth requirements gathering sessions through onsite and remote analysis and customer interviews.
• Collaborate with the technical implementation team to convert workflow requirements into actionable technical configuration tasks.
• Develop and promote customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices.
• Provide onsite assistance during system Go-Live and the immediate post-Go-Live phases.
• BS/BA in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical operations that drives strategic and business planning alongside financial and operational performance.
• RTT or CMD certification with a minimum of 6 years of direct patient care experience; management experience and familiarity with standardized guidelines are preferred.
• Over 8 years of combined experience in an Oncology setting and with Healthcare Technology vendors.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, supported by a successful history of collaborating and building consensus.
• Must complete the Varian training plan relevant to assigned responsibilities.
• Fulfill all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary for VMS client site access, unless legally prohibited. These requirements may differ by client and can include, but are not limited to: Valid identification (photo ID, driver’s license, SSN), criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus, Covid19), or others as required for service delivery in a patient care setting. Annual TB testing and healthcare training are also required.
