Technical Curriculum Developer – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the infrastructure that supports Content as Code

• Guarantee that new content pull requests undergo comprehensive testing and are easy to preview

• Automate the release process for merged pull requests

• Regularly verify that courses function correctly

• Facilitate the integration of new features into courses

• Guide the Learning team in adopting AI and GenAI technologies

• Develop tools, prompts, and workflows to expedite course creation

• Create and implement AI-driven agents and tools for students

• Assess emerging capabilities and models in AI/GenAI

• Write and sustain provisioning and grading scripts for hands-on certification examinations

• Troubleshoot issues impacting learners, instructors, and exam participants

• Establish and manage observability for learning usage, failures, catalog health, dashboards, and alerts

• Develop and maintain analytics for user activity across learning platforms

• Design and support hands-on lab environments across all training modalities

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical curriculum development related to databases and/or distributed systems

• Minimum of 3 years in a technical education infrastructure or DevOps position

• Familiarity with machine learning applications and/or GenAI focused on content generation, developer tools, and AI agents

• Over 3 years of experience creating certification infrastructure, including grading scripts for hands-on evaluations

• Strong skills in scripting and automation

• Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub

• Capability to quickly and effectively learn new technologies

• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to produce clear runbooks and technical documentation

• High degree of responsibility, ownership, and accountability

• Technical degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory

• Experience with SQL is advantageous

• Familiarity with ClickHouse database is a plus

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally among engineering, support, product, and development teams is a plus
