Technical CRM Campaign Manager, all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical implementation and oversight of CRM campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or other equivalent ESPs.

• Development and automation of workflows, customer journeys, and campaigns triggered by specific events.

• Target audience segmentation and upkeep of data models (e.g., Data Extensions in SFMC).

• Integration and connection of various data sources (API, SQL, ETL processes).

• Creation and maintenance of dynamic templates using languages like HTML, AMPscript, Liquid, etc.

• Conducting testing, quality assurance, and monitoring of campaigns (including reporting and troubleshooting tasks).

• Collaborating closely with Data, Creative, and Project Management teams to execute comprehensive CRM projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with major ESPs, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms.

• Technical knowledge of data structures, audience segmentation, and system integrations.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one scripting/template language (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Velocity).

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for crafting email templates.

• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to work, maintaining high quality standards.

• Proficient in both German and English languages (C-level proficiency).
