Technical Consultant – ServiceDesk, Now Assist, AI Control Tower

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive ServiceNow implementations, from gathering requirements to configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Act as a hands-on technical leader, balancing responsibilities between delivery oversight and platform development.

• Configure and tailor ServiceNow applications following best practices, which include workflows, business rules, integrations, and data models.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and project teams to convert business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Support implementations across various ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and Custom Applications.

• Offer technical expertise on platform architecture, data structures, and integration methodologies.

• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk management efforts.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to ServiceNow standards, performance benchmarks, and long-term maintainability.

• Mentor junior consultants and assist in the establishment of delivery best practices as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of practical ServiceNow implementation experience.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complete lifecycle implementations.

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is mandatory.

• One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications are preferred.

• Ability to take ownership of technical delivery while working collaboratively with project and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to function in client-facing or cross-functional settings.
