This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide technical support both onsite and remotely for customer-related issues.
• Identify and resolve system, network, and application-related problems.
• Install, configure, integrate, and test solutions for patient monitoring and IT infrastructure.
• Comprehend customer environments and requirements to implement and enhance systems effectively.
• Address technical challenges utilizing approved tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic methodologies.
• Investigate root causes and implement lasting solutions.
• Keep detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting efforts, and support procedures.
• Adhere to configuration management and version control practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, clinical partners, sales, and service teams.
• Develop technical expertise and participate in knowledge-sharing and service improvement initiatives.
• Travel approximately 75% within Central/Northeast Pennsylvania, including visits to customer and hospital/healthcare settings.
• A minimum of 2.5 years of professional experience in IT services or a related technical field.
• Preferably experienced in a field or hospital-based healthcare environment.
• Highly preferred experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and networking principles.
• Solid technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Computer networking certification preferred, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or an equivalent/higher-level certification.
• An associate degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel for business, approximately 75% within the specified geography.
• Ability to drive for approximately 1–4 hours daily.
• Capability to accommodate occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train.
• Flexibility to work in an office, home office, remote, and hospital/healthcare settings.
• Compliance with vendor credentialing requirements.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• US work authorization required; no current or future visa sponsorship.
• Must live in or be within commuting distance to Central/Northeast Pennsylvania.
