This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Act as the main Technical Consultant for enterprise clients utilizing Microsoft F&O within intricate multi-entity, multi-ERP, and worldwide financial settings.
• Provide guidance to customers and internal teams regarding high-impact implementations and growth prospects, encompassing Microsoft F&O integration, configuration, and system architecture.
• Evaluate customer needs and suggest scalable solutions that incorporate F&O, HRIS, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leaders on technical project streams.
• Resolve technical challenges and recommend efficient product implementations.
• Perform a technical analysis of customer F&O ecosystems and workflows.
• Advise on optimal Ramp architecture, detailing the appropriate use of Ramp’s API.
• Act as a subject matter expert on F&O and Ramp accounting integration functionalities.
• Work together with Sales, Product, and external partners to promote integration development.
• Address Dynamics F&O integration obstacles and assist in complex configuration choices.
• Contribute to the creation of internal documentation and tools for F&O integration scenarios.
• Relay customer challenges and insights to Product and Engineering to help shape the development roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a comparable customer-facing technical position, preferably in a SaaS or fintech setting.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including financial modules, integration methodologies, and enterprise deployment strategies.
• Profound understanding of accounting workflows, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-organization structures.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Capability to communicate technical concepts effectively to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-related gaps and roadmap planning.
• Ability to provide insights on non-standard F&O implementations and unique scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical solutions as business value.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
