This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Ramp customers, serving as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams.
• Collaborate with the Customer Activation and Account Management teams to identify, prioritize, and create financial solutions.
• Act as the main Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts utilizing Oracle Cloud.
• Provide guidance to customers and internal teams on Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system architecture.
• Evaluate customer needs and suggest scalable solutions incorporating Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations.
• Assist technical workstreams alongside onboarding specialists and implementation leaders.
• Diagnose technical challenges and assist customers in navigating intricate configuration choices.
• Engage in the technical exploration of Oracle Cloud environments and workflows.
• Recommend optimal Ramp architecture, including the appropriate use of Ramp's API.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities.
• Promote integration development that aligns with customer requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of internal documentation and tools for Oracle Cloud integration use cases.
• Relay customer pain points and feedback regarding Oracle Cloud to Product and Engineering teams.
• Establish criteria for customer financial and technical success from onboarding through activation and growth.
• Represent Product, Design, and Engineering externally while influencing product roadmaps.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a closely related customer-facing technical role, preferably within a SaaS or fintech setting.
• More than 3 years of practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, covering financial modules, integration strategies, and enterprise deployment models.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures.
• Proficient in working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Capable of articulating technical concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-related gaps and roadmap strategies.
• Qualified to provide advice on unconventional Oracle Cloud implementations and unique cases.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
• Competent in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to adapt and be resourceful in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle Projects (PPM) implementation is a plus.
