This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions encompassing LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments.

• Support network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and operational enhancements for both client and internal environments.

• Analyze technical requirements and propose practical, scalable, and secure solutions.

• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, implementation plans, and support materials.

• Monitor network performance and assist in resolving reliability, capacity, and security challenges.

• Provide technical support throughout planning, implementation, testing, and post-deployment phases.

• Communicate effectively in meetings, written updates, and client interactions.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing, inter-team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Stay updated with networking and infrastructure technologies while pursuing ongoing technical development.

• Independently manage remote and onsite projects.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• CCNA certification is required.

• CCNP certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer is essential.

• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and enterprise network operations is necessary.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities are required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team is crucial.

• Willingness to occasionally travel within the United States is necessary.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies is important.

• Experience with Cisco enterprise networking technologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with wireless, firewall, network security, SD-WAN, or network automation solutions is preferred.

• Experience in client-facing, consulting, or project-based environments is advantageous.

• Knowledge of documenting designs, configurations, and implementation procedures is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
