Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Strategic collaboration with the sales team

• Building trust with customers and partners (CSM elements)

• Supporting Skyhigh distributors and resellers (partners)

• Coordination with support and engineering teams

• Continuous skill enhancement and activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Technical Consultant, Sales Engineer, TAM, or CSM, etc.).

• Strong practical knowledge in the cybersecurity domain (DLP, network security, SSE/SASE).

• Experience with firewalls, proxies, CASB, Zero Trust (ZTNA), and SWG.

• Familiarity with network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and security frameworks.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• High-level presentation skills to convey technical content clearly to business stakeholders.

• Project management ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
