Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical advisor in beef cattle nutrition across different production systems, focusing on intensive pasture and feedlot initiatives;

• Engage in negotiations by offering technical-commercial assistance to both internal and external teams;

• Create technical-commercial proposals for existing and potential clients;

• Demonstrated experience in formulating various supplements and total mixed rations (TMRs);

• Develop and track performance metrics for processes related to the designated portfolio;

• Refresh the technical and economic indicators relevant to the operational area;

• Conduct training sessions and/or technical presentations for internal and external teams;

• Innovate methods, processes, and tools within the area of responsibility to enhance customer service;

• Plan and execute technical consulting for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science (Zootecnia), Veterinary Medicine, or Agronomy;

• Prior experience in a similar role or in animal nutrition is advantageous;

• Background in livestock production and related fields;

• Proven experience in direct negotiations with clients;

• Proficiency in formulation software is necessary;

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office;

• Strong analytical capabilities;

• Effective crisis management and problem-solving skills;

• Skills in negotiation and persuasion.
