This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee client projects assigned via Statements of Work (SOWs)

• Collaborate with a Business Analyst and the client to define requirements and create sustainable solutions

• Lead or take part in client discussions to collect and clarify project specifications

• Develop solutions in Practifi in accordance with an established development lifecycle

• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for clients

• Act as an escalation point for the Support team regarding configuration inquiries related to custom organizations

• Serve as a primary escalation point for Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients on intricate or urgent matters

• Work within a paired model alongside a Business Analyst

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Client Success, and fellow Technical Consultants

• Report to the Enablement leadership team within the Technical Enablement department

• Salesforce Admin I Certification

• Experience in configuring Salesforce and Practifi objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning Pages

• Experience in creating screen flows and record-triggered flows of moderate complexity

• Proficiency with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Developer Console

• Capability to query and update records directly in the data model

• Solid understanding of Salesforce's security model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Custom Permissions, and Divisions

• Ability to configure Salesforce security according to a client’s needs

• Previous experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or fintech SaaS is preferred

• Experience conducting client-facing training sessions or demonstrations is preferred

• Familiarity with platform upgrade or migration projects is preferred

• Ability to communicate technical decisions effectively to non-technical clients

• Proactive approach to project ownership and communication
