Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the Practifi platform according to client specifications gathered through SOWs and discovery sessions.

• Configure Salesforce and Practifi entities, including objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Pages, JSON Components, Process Types, Task Templates, and Lookup Rollup Summaries.

• Create moderately intricate screen flows and record-triggered flows utilizing Practifi’s native automation features.

• Conduct client training sessions and demonstrations on standard functionalities and custom developments.

• Collaborate with MSP clients as a dedicated technical resource, offering best-practice insights and aiding in custom configuration.

• Act as an escalation point for complex client-related issues.

• Adhere to a defined development lifecycle and implement changes in production environments using deployment tools.

• Work in close partnership with Business Analysts, Client Success, and the wider Enablement team.

• Report directly to the Manager of Technical Consulting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, or technical consulting.

• Salesforce Admin I Certification is mandatory.

• Practical experience in building screen flows and record-triggered flows.

• Proficiency with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Dev Console, including SOQL queries and record operations.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security framework, encompassing Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Custom Permissions.

• Experience in managing client-facing projects and delivering technical solutions within deadlines.

• Background in wealth management, financial services, or fintech platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with Salesforce-native ISV products is advantageous.

• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin, are desirable.
