Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide consultancy support for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of diverse business applications.

• Involves data collection and statistical analysis, model development and improvements, ongoing maintenance, and more.

• Analyze current business processes, identify issues with these processes, and propose potential solutions utilizing FirstVision technology.

• Conduct feasibility assessments of client requirements in relation to existing FirstVision functionalities.

• Explore system capabilities that can satisfy client requirements and evaluate the effort necessary to achieve this.

• Identify stakeholders (clients, internal teams, vendors) and define areas for increased stakeholder engagement.

• Maintain awareness of cost efficiency, timelines, and prioritization for each delivery.

• Demonstrate the ability to extract essential details and understand a wide array of technical requirements.

• Anticipate post-production impacts associated with delivering requirements and evaluate the effects on various stakeholders involved.

• International travel may be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 8 years of Business Analyst experience in the Cards domain.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including 'Waterfall' and 'Agile' methodologies.

• Proven success in collecting customer requirements, analyzing them, and translating them into effective business processes.

• Ability to deliver clear and essential details needed for each stakeholder.

• Reduce the need for multiple iterations of 'review and update' sessions before obtaining client approval.

• Skillfully write requirements using various methods, such as examples, screenshots, Visio diagrams, tables, and language.

• Ensure that all documentation is grammatically and technically accurate, maintaining a professional appearance.

• Flexibility to work outside of standard hours occasionally to support implementations.
