Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Technical Consultant is instrumental in providing impactful Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for clients.

• Collaborate closely with organizations to design and implement effective, scalable systems.

• Assist clients in navigating complex data conversions and interface integrations.

• Analyze, design, document, and deliver interface solutions between client systems and UKG Pro.

• Create, test, and deploy integrations with UKG Pro.

• Oversee comprehensive data conversion activities from start to finish.

• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance.

• Generate detailed post-conversion documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Interface Programming, and Report Writing is essential.

• Extensive experience with Excel, particularly in data manipulation, validation, and VLOOKUP functions.

• At least 3 years of experience in data conversion and/or interface development.

• Experience with HR/Payroll systems such as UKG, Dayforce, Kronos, ADP, PayChex, Workday, or similar.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and balance various projects, clients, and other consultants simultaneously.

• Capacity to handle ambiguity and adapt to evolving scope and resource conditions.
