Technical Business Analyst – Microsoft, Azure, Linux

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from a diverse array of stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive and detailed documentation for both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Prepare specifications, change requests, and process documentation.

• Map and evaluate current systems, processes, and workflows.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.

• Design and recommend cloud-based solutions that align with business objectives.

• Analyze and enhance existing infrastructure and systems.

• Identify integration points between systems and define solutions to ensure seamless data flow.

• Plan and facilitate system integrations across various platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on work items, ensuring alignment across teams.

• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to project teams and stakeholders effectively.

• Assist in the ongoing improvement of processes, frameworks, and delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst position or a similar role.

• A-Level (or equivalent) qualifications in relevant subjects.

• Further education or university studies in a pertinent field.

• Strong capabilities in process design and process mapping.

• Demonstrated experience in writing clear, structured, and detailed documentation.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to articulate requirements, project updates, and issues clearly.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence in collaborating across teams.

• Capacity to hold teams accountable and drive delivery towards objectives.

• Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in project and delivery tools such as MS Project or comparable software.

• Strong working knowledge of tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft Office.

• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proven experience in driving process improvements and implementing frameworks.
