Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• The Solutions Analyst will be instrumental in collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and document requirements, processes, risks, and objectives that facilitate the successful delivery of adm indicia’s technology solutions.

• In this group-level position, you will receive project assignments from the Head of Business Analysis and will provide regular updates on project statuses, while promoting collaboration throughout the organization to ensure smooth project execution.

• Additionally, this role will involve providing size estimations for the required effort, assisting in the creation and drafting of designs and solutions, as well as supporting daily development activities within a scrum framework.

• At times, you may also be required to assist in application testing and the management of smaller projects.

• The ideal candidate must exhibit the capability to collaborate with both development and business teams, manage personal timelines, and produce high-quality requirements and business cases to secure project sign-offs and approvals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst in the software/technology sector, engaging with various systems/tools and possessing a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proficiency in both scrum and kanban agile frameworks.

• A thorough understanding of Agile metrics and ceremonies, including daily standups, retrospectives, and burn down charts.

• Familiarity with the global supply chain, including manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution, is highly desirable.

• Extensive experience in elicitation, analysis, and documentation of Business Requirements.

• Knowledge of business and system workflows from Front to Back office.

• Understanding of integrating multiple systems and processes is highly desirable.

• Ability to identify options for potential solutions and evaluate them for both technical and business appropriateness.

• Significant experience in supporting and delivering large, complex, and diverse organizational projects within tight deadlines.

• Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects to successful conclusions, involving numerous customers/users, while employing structured methodologies.

• Experience managing others on project teams and guiding certain team members regarding systems and processes.

• Capability to work on various types of projects and adapt seamlessly to each situation.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on and complete multiple projects simultaneously, either independently or as part of a team.

• Must possess a fluent level of English (written & spoken).

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Confident in presenting at all levels within the organization.

• High level of competency in Microsoft applications, including Azure DevOps, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Knowledge of Power queries, macros, and advanced formulae is a plus.

• Additional experience with other tools such as Figma, PowerBi, and Airtable.

• Active knowledge of delivering solutions using modern technology, including .NET, C#, SQL, React, and APIs.

• Ability to work across different markets/regions and engage with offshore teams.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, and present information in a manner that ensures full understanding.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
