Business Analyst – Content & Document Management, Infra

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in enterprise content and document management projects by functioning as both a Business Analyst and Data Analyst.

• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to collect requirements, analyze data, and design comprehensive solutions within the C3M, FileNet, and CMOD domains.

• Extract and document business and functional requirements, validate change requests, and ensure that appropriate testing strategies and implementation plans are established.

• Review solution modifications to guarantee quality, compliance, and operational readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Extensive proficiency in SQL, particularly in crafting complex queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.

• Proven track record of working directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

• Strong domain expertise and practical experience with C3M (Customer Communications Management), IBM FileNet, and IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand).

• Capability to align business requirements with end products and technical solutions.

• Experience in working alongside technical teams to validate design, implementation, and delivery processes.

• Solid understanding of change management, including the review and auditing of change requests for completeness, impact, and feasibility.

• Ability to evaluate and confirm testing practices, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with business requirements.

• Experience in reviewing and validating implementation and deployment strategies within the content management domain.

• Strong documentation abilities, encompassing the creation of BRDs, FRDs, data mappings, process flows, and use cases.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
