Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document both business and functional requirements.

• Analyze and model business processes, recommending enhancements utilizing Creatio’s tools.

• Configure and tailor Creatio applications using low-code/no-code methodologies.

• Support the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.

• Work closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure cohesive alignment.

• Facilitate UAT sessions and conduct end-user training.

• Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles.

• Act as an advocate for no-code best practices within the wider Creatio ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in CRM or BPM systems.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Creatio platform (CRM or Studio version).

• Strong comprehension of business process management (BPMN), CRM principles, and workflow automation.

• Experience in gathering requirements, drafting specifications, and leading workshops.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

• Basic knowledge of low-code development and Creatio’s no-code configuration tools.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
