Project Manager, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and uphold sprint plans, roadmaps, and timelines.

• Proactively identify risks and escalate issues when necessary.

• Oversee scope, budget, and delivery expectations.

• Provide stakeholders and leadership with clear status updates and reporting.

• Review deliverables and advocate for necessary corrections before they escalate.

• Anticipate 2–3 steps ahead to keep the team free from obstacles.

• Serve as the primary individual responsible for project delivery and client lifetime value (LTV).

• Manage budgets and authorize invoices.

• Collaborate across various project types: T&M, Dedicated Team, and Designs.

• Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements through scoping discussions with the client.

• Shape the product concept by performing market research to define features and address user pain points.

• Draft user stories that include clear acceptance criteria.

• Create process diagrams (BPMN, flows, wireframe annotations).

• Produce PRDs, BRDs, and other requirement documentation, acting as the 'source of truth'.

• Work closely with UX teams on edge cases and user flows.

• Manage the product backlog while consistently aligning business goals with product and engineering decisions.

• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.

• Produce structured deliverables such as user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, and process diagrams.

• Plan and oversee sprints, timelines, and delivery milestones.

• Monitor project health, including risks, blockers, scope changes, and resource allocation.

• Communicate project status and expectations effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

• Collaborate daily with designers, developers, and QA to clarify and validate requirements.

• Review developed functionality against requirements and update documentation as needed.

• Continuously align business objectives with product and engineering decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a BA, PM, or Product Owner in outsourcing companies.

• Proven experience managing 2-3 projects simultaneously.

• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation.

• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Ability to compose clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience in creating process diagrams (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
