This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Requirements Elicitation and Management: Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Backlog Prioritization and Management: Assist in product planning activities by refining and prioritizing backlog items to align with business goals, technical limitations, and delivery schedules.
• Analysis of Solutions and Systems: Engage in solution design and systems analysis activities to ensure that proposed solutions satisfy both functional and non-functional requirements, which include performance, scalability, and reliability considerations.
• Comprehensive Delivery Support: Aid the delivery lifecycle from concept to implementation by contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and release coordination.
• Process and System Enhancement: Evaluate existing systems, workflows, and processes to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization or modernization.
• Empowering Agile Teams: Serve as a liaison between business and delivery teams, providing ongoing clarification of requirements, supporting testing and validation activities, and facilitating the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Communication with Stakeholders: Maintain clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, sharing progress updates, risks, and dependencies to foster informed decision-making.
• Development and Validation of Test Cases: Create and maintain functional and integration test cases derived from requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring comprehensive coverage across end-to-end business and system scenarios.
• Support for Test Execution and Deployment: Assist in test execution activities during sprint cycles, system integration testing, and deployments, including defect triage, validation of fixes, and verification of release readiness.
• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
• Coursework or training in process modeling, requirements engineering, data analysis, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in System and Application Analysis (3+ years): Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex service-based and integration-driven IT systems, including service orchestration and assurance platforms.
• Experience in Agile Delivery and Product Ownership Support (3+ years): Background in supporting Agile teams by managing backlogs, refining features and user stories, and participating in Scrum or SAFe ceremonies.
• Experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Management (3+ years): Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business and program objectives.
• Expertise in Network Assurance Domain (3+ years): Solid understanding of service assurance and service management concepts, including event correlation, workflow orchestration, operational processes, and performance metrics.
• Collaboration and Communication with Stakeholders (3+ years): Demonstrated ability to work closely with Business Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Delivery teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Work Schedule: Mid Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila time)
• Off-Hour/Weekend Work: Software Releases/Deployment into Production
