Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer-facing documentation, including specifications, functional and technical requirements, SOPs, and runbooks.

• Develop clear and structured As-Is and To-Be process maps along with workflow diagrams.

• Generate visually engaging design documents for AI Agents and automation workflows.

• Facilitate discovery and requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal teams.

• Convert business needs into comprehensive requirements, user stories, and workflows.

• Establish traceability between requirements, processes, and solution designs.

• Collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders, where excellent English communication skills are crucial.

• Conduct documentation walkthroughs, requirements reviews, and mapping workshops.

• Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and automation teams to ensure alignment.

• Enhance documentation standards, templates, structure, and visual clarity.

• Review and improve documents produced by the broader team, elevating overall quality.

• Promote clarity, structure, and analytical thinking in all deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Business Analyst.

• Strong background in creating client-facing specifications and process documentation.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

• Proficient in using process mapping tools such as Miro, draw.io, etc.

• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and high-level solution designs.

• Experience in software, automation, or technology-driven delivery environments.
