Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and oversee the technical and business requirements for product improvements.

• Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to transform business needs into technical and business specifications.

• Convert requirements into high-quality user stories, inclusive of personas and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure that potential impacts are thoroughly considered and communicated as required.

• Maintain a clear traceability between User Stories and Feature enhancements.

• Lead agile estimation, prioritization, and planning workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the industry.

• Proven track record of delivering agile initiatives as a business analyst within high-performing teams in a digital context.

• Familiarity with agile processes and the capability to work effectively in small teams.

• Experience with innovative products and product development teams.

• Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
