• Offer expert technical guidance for RFPs and intricate tender processes.
• Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and validate solutions on customer premises.
• Diagnose complex AV hardware, software, and networking challenges across both cloud-based and on-premise platforms.
• Oversee system configuration, commissioning, and deployment for large-scale installations.
• Create and deliver technical training sessions for partners and end-users.
• Efficiently resolve technical support cases, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Telecom), IT, or AV Technologies.
• Over 3 years of experience in Professional AV or Unified Communications.
• Familiarity with AV manufacturers, distributors, or leading system integrators.
• Proficient in AV-over-IP, Video Switching, Signal Distribution, and Control Systems.
• Extensive knowledge of HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, AES67, and USB streaming.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (CCNA level knowledge is a significant advantage).
• Competence in major UC and collaboration platforms.
• Outstanding presentation skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is an additional asset).
• A natural problem-solver who excels in multicultural settings and can work autonomously.
