Technical Assistant – Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily sprints, monitor team progress, manage tasks, and assist in facilitating Scrum of Scrums synchronization.

• Conduct technical research on tools, integrations, frameworks, and methodologies to aid team decision-making.

• Develop and maintain primarily Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, test APIs, or create prototypes.

• Organize, analyze, and report data using advanced Excel features, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and structured datasets.

• Provide high-level administrative support and manage schedules efficiently.

• Prepare meeting summaries and coordinate cross-functional tasks effectively.

• Offer direct support to executive and technical leadership.

• Connect technical project management, research, and daily administrative operations seamlessly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant work experience.

• Located in India.

• Strong expertise in Python and Analytics.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and experience with tracking tools such as Zoho Sprints, Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting purposes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to draft documents for leadership and external partners.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities independently.

• Consistently accurate work with structured data, demonstrating diligence in verifying output.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working with a manager who is 9.5 hours behind for part of the shift.

• Nice-to-have: experience with Generative AI technologies and Agentic Workflows, including LLM APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

• Nice-to-have: practical experience with the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Sprints, Show, or Analytics.
