Technical Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Deliver real-time operational assistance to field technicians during installation, repair, and service assurance tasks.

• Address facility, provisioning, and inventory-related challenges.

• Act as the main point of contact for incoming calls and chats from internal teams and field staff.

• Aid in service order processing, fallout resolution, and inquiries regarding completion status.

• Maintain, verify, and refresh Quantum Fiber inventory and facility records across specified provisioning and inventory systems.

• Collaborate with Field Operations and other operational teams to tackle intricate service or network issues.

• Record actions and updates in Client-designated systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• High-speed Internet connection via wired Ethernet; Wi-Fi, Satellite, or Hotspots are not acceptable.

• Minimum upload speed of 25 Mbps.

• Minimum download speed of 50 Mbps.

• Internet service provider must maintain high stability with 1% or less packet loss.

• Accessible cell phone or tablet meeting minimum system requirements of Android 8.0 or later, or iOS 14 or later.

• Installation of the Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) Application as mandated by Qualfon IT is required.

• Residency in the State of Idaho is a must.
