This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Initiate and expand sales of OAS robotic line marking products, autonomous machinery, and associated services.
• Develop and enhance sales within the grounds maintenance and sports turf sector by promoting the entire OAS product range.
• Achieve the established annual team sales targets in terms of revenue and profit margin.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for cross-selling across the OAS product line.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through consistent calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Utilize company literature, promotional resources, and CRM/database systems to discover and pursue new business opportunities.
• Attend both internal and external sales meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, and trade shows (domestic and international as necessary).
• Conduct demonstrations, installations, and training for robotic line marking products.
• Provide continuous support and training to OAS customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the products.
• Execute on-site and off-site repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of robotic line marking machines.
• Maintain a sufficient inventory of spare parts to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Remain informed about product enhancements, software advancements, and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager (Robotics) and Regional Sales Director to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Contribute to product development and marketing strategies based on customer insights and market feedback.
• Provide market intelligence regarding competitor activities and emerging service opportunities.
• Support internal sales teams with training and customer engagements as deemed appropriate.
• Strong enthusiasm for working in a commercial capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools for the repair and upgrade of machinery.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude is essential for this role, as it will require significant individual initiative and independent work.
• A solid team player capable of collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team across operations/sites, sales support, administration, and marketing.
• Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A valid UK driving license, with a willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight as required.
