This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• The Technical Architect will contribute to the development of a technical roadmap that ensures the company has the necessary technical infrastructure to address customer business challenges.
• This role will focus on specific domains such as security, integration, and application development.
• Assist in driving some of Salesforce's largest and most strategic opportunities by segment or industry verticals, ensuring technical success in key accounts.
• Collaborate effectively both independently and with Coastal and client team members to achieve customer satisfaction and success.
• Receives guidance from project team members and immediate supervisors.
• Exhibits a fundamental understanding of common enterprise systems, including CRM or ERP.
• Looks for opportunities to enhance professional skills.
• Obtains necessary technical certifications.
• Travels with client or project teams as needed.
• Shows the capability to perform Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and data migration tasks as directed.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and executing data migrations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in creating technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
• Possession of an active Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certification is required.
• Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions, including strategy, systems design, implementation, and management.
• Knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes.
• Familiarity with various implementation standards and methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as APEX and VisualForce, along with familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for IDE work.
• Must have full-time permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Salesforce Certifications are desired.
