Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical advisor spearheading digital transformation (DX) initiatives for key enterprise clients.

• Drive project success by utilizing advanced technical skills and in-depth expertise of the Salesforce platform.

• Develop the overall system architecture and define development strategies.

• Create prototypes and perform technical validations for intricate requirements.

• Address critical technical challenges and ensure the highest quality of project outcomes.

• Guide, support, and nurture team members while actively participating in the Trailblazer community.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 12 years of experience in enterprise system development, CRM implementation, or IT consulting.

• Approximately 5 years of experience showcasing leadership in roles such as architect, technical leader, or project leader.

• Profound understanding of general web application development (e.g., Java-based environments) and data modeling.

• Capability to perform technical tasks directly (e.g., configuring cloud services, verifying operations, writing code/scripts).

• A proactive approach to leading complex projects with a strong sense of ownership and adept problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding customer communication and facilitation skills.
