📋 Description

• Evaluate and document business data along with processes.

• Perform root cause analysis.

• Generate reports and other solutions to fulfill business requirements.

• Analyze and provide reports on claim and encounter data.

• Construct simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports on both ad hoc and production bases.

• Identify, create, and implement system enhancements or modifications that align with strategic objectives.

• Support the development and prioritization of system updates.

• Execute test scripts and document outcomes or defects.

• Interpret query results and devise short- and long-term solutions through to completion.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently and be accountable for results.

• Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant programming or analytical experience.

• Experience in development and writing complex SQL queries.

• Familiarity with working in a data warehouse environment.

• Capability to work with large datasets from various data sources.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in presenting information to diverse audiences.

• Strong collaboration abilities within and across teams.

• Experience with claims and encounters in the healthcare sector.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Preferred experience with QNXT or Edifecs.

• Preferred experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files.

• Preferred background in test script development and execution.

• Preferred experience with Agile methodologies.
