This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer adoption and utilization of the Wiz platform.
• Offer both strategic and technical support from the onboarding phase through operationalization, renewal, and expansion.
• Assist customers with the deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz.
• Act as the primary technical liaison and address any customer technical inquiries and challenges.
• Keep abreast of emerging cloud security threats and stay updated on Wiz's features.
• Create customer success plans with measurable objectives aligned to security and compliance goals.
• Guide customers towards achieving adoption, realizing value, and attaining excellence in cloud, code, and runtime security.
• Oversee the project management of adoption and operationalization across various business units and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve people, process, and technology obstacles in collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Communicate progress and outcomes through executive communications, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive briefings.
• Gather feature requests and adoption barriers, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 15 customers.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and support renewals together with Sales and Renewals teams.
• Monitor utilization, adoption, customer health, risks, and business value.
• Cultivate relationships with customer contacts, ranging from C-level executives to practitioners.
• Enhance and scale Wiz’s Total Addressable Market (TAM) approach while collaborating with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
• Create documentation, mentor associate Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and build technical subject-matter expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes.
• 5–8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, preferably related to a cloud or cloud-security product.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of cloud services and architecture for at least one Cloud Service Provider (CSP): AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
• Knowledge of cloud-security best practices, common threat models, and CNAPP use cases.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with associated security considerations.
• Awareness of DevOps technologies including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and version control systems.
• Understanding of Linux and Windows operating system concepts and runtime monitoring.
• Strong analytical and complex technical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to continuously learn about emerging cloud and security technologies.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio with 5–10+ customers.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining enterprise-client relationships, driving customer outcomes, and surpassing performance targets.
• Capability to enable customers on the Wiz platform and resolve issues ranging from simple to highly complex.
• Openness to communicate via Slack, email, and support ticket channels.
• Proficient in using CRM and log-analysis tools to assess customer health and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; this role does not provide visa sponsorship.
