This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and utilization of the Wiz platform.
• Offer strategic and technical support throughout the processes of onboarding, operationalization, renewal, and expansion.
• Assist customers in the deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz, adhering to cloud-security best practices.
• Act as the primary technical liaison, addressing customer inquiries and issues via email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets.
• Keep abreast of emerging cloud-security threats and remain updated on new Wiz features.
• Collaborate with customers to develop success plans featuring measurable goals aligned with security and compliance objectives.
• Drive customers toward complete adoption and realization of value.
• Oversee project management related to adoption and operationalization across various business units and stakeholders.
• Address challenges related to people, processes, and technology with both internal and external entities.
• Communicate progress and outcomes through executive communications, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive briefings.
• Gather feature requests and identify adoption hurdles, coordinating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 15 customers.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and assist with renewals in collaboration with sales and renewals teams.
• Monitor utilization, adoption rates, customer health, risks, and business results.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts, from C-level executives to practitioners.
• Enhance and scale Wiz’s Technical Account Management (TAM) motion and cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) processes.
• Create documentation, mentor junior TAMs, and develop technical subject-matter expertise.
• 5–8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in support of a cloud or cloud-security product.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth understanding of cloud services and architecture for at least one Cloud Service Provider (CSP): AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
• Knowledge of cloud-security best practices, common threat models, and CNAPP use cases.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with associated security considerations.
• Understanding of DevOps technologies, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and version control systems.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system concepts and runtime sensing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning of emerging cloud and security technologies.
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of business, typically with 5–10+ customers.
• Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing enterprise-client relationships, driving customer outcomes, and surpassing performance targets.
• Capability to empower customers on the Wiz platform and resolve issues ranging from simple to highly complex.
• Openness to communicate via Slack, email, and support-ticket systems.
• Proficiency in using CRM and log-analysis tools to monitor customer health and recognize trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
