This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the primary technical consultant for designated enterprise accounts.
• Build and sustain executive-level connections with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate strategic technology conversations centered around digital transformation, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, networking, and infrastructure optimization.
• Convert business goals into technical strategies, roadmaps, and solution proposals.
• Offer technical guidance throughout solution design, architecture evaluations, implementation planning, and operational adoption.
• Partner with pre-sales architects, consulting teams, managed services, and professional services to achieve successful outcomes.
• Conduct executive briefings, technical workshops, architecture assessments, and business value evaluations.
• Recognize technical risks and formulate mitigation strategies throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Collaborate with account executives to identify, assess, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and spearhead solution positioning initiatives.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture creation, technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Create technology roadmaps for accounts that pinpoint expansion opportunities and enhance customer value.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA or Master's in a technology-related field) is preferred.
• Over 15 years of combined experience in enterprise IT, technology consulting, solution architecture, technical account management, sales engineering, or strategic technology sales.
• More than 10 years of experience supporting enterprise and mid-market clients in complex technology settings.
• Proven track record in managing large strategic accounts and developing executive-level customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in influencing and closing complex technology opportunities with annual revenue accountability.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, consulting, support, and executive leadership.
