This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the technical relationship for a portfolio of high-ARR strategic accounts alongside the Strategic CSM and AE.
• Align customer business goals with Spacelift product functionalities and establish quantifiable adoption milestones.
• Evaluate integration complexities and operational maturity, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, architecture assessments, and health evaluations.
• Create and present business value reports and technical roadmaps for engineering teams and executive leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment within customer organizations and convert technical requirements into business results.
• Represent customers internally and work with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address escalations and influence the product roadmap.
• Assist strategic enterprise customers in reaching adoption milestones and achieving measurable ROI from Spacelift's Infrastructure as Code platform.
• Interact with prospects and customers at industry conferences.
• Over 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, DevOps Consultant, or Customer Success Architect.
• Knowledge of CI/CD platforms and GitOps workflows.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Recognised certifications or demonstrated expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in developer platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Experience supporting high-ARR enterprise accounts in regulated or complex sectors, especially banking and financial services, healthcare, or large-scale technology firms.
• Proven ability to present technical architecture and business value information to engineering professionals and C-suite executives.
• Capacity to comprehend and document business requirements, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and foster consensus across large organizations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still evolving.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code frameworks such as OPA or Sentinel, or managing configuration at scale.
• Background in platform engineering, SRE, or DevSecOps.
• Prior experience as a TAM or Customer Success Architect in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.
