This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical point of contact between customers and Seeq teams.
• Strategize and oversee the rollout of tailored solutions, best practices, and key use cases.
• Lead the technical setup, integration, customer deployment, site rollout, expansion planning, testing, and coordination.
• Manage urgent or complex support tickets and ensure timely resolution with internal teams.
• Coordinate customer Level 1 support in collaboration with Seeq Support resources.
• Perform technical reviews and monitor system performance and availability.
• Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion alongside the Customer Success and Revenue teams.
• Enhance Seeq’s TAM services, processes, and best practices.
• Serve as the internal advocate for customer function, availability, and performance.
• Develop subject matter expertise on Seeq platform, network, and security requirements.
• Convert Seeq product information and innovations into clear, actionable guidance for customers.
• Identify risks, recurring issues, capability gaps, and opportunities for preventive solutions or feature improvements.
• Assess customer hardware network health, including offline devices, uptime, and connectivity challenges.
• Conduct quarterly technical reviews focusing on uptime, support trends, configuration audits, training needs, and future technical plans.
• Over 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role: Technical Account Manager, Technical CSM, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, or higher-tier Customer Support.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Seeq or a comparable enterprise-level product.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise or strategic accounts as the primary technical contact for the customer.
• Strong technical fluency within enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Proactive approach to ownership and capability to guide issues to resolution.
• Proficient in utilizing platform analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Skilled at facilitating executive-level discussions and cross-functional workshops.
• Excellent communication skills across various functions.
• Proven ability to navigate intricate customer relationships.
• Capable of coordinating effectively across different time zones and geographically diverse areas.
• Adaptable to changing priorities while ensuring follow-through.
• Must have authorization to work in the country of residence.
