This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Work alongside the Quvia Support team to handle and resolve escalations, acting as a vital link between Quvia, customers, and service providers to guarantee prompt and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the Quvia Product team to assess and respond to customer feedback, feature requests, and product suggestions.
• Address ad hoc operational reporting demands that extend beyond the responsibilities of the current support team.
• Engage directly with customers' operational and revenue teams to tackle non-standard challenges related to the Quvia Platform.
• Act as the transition point from the Go-to-Market (GTM) team to Project Management for all contracted services, proof of concepts (POCs), and various ad hoc projects.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.
• Strong understanding of networking and VSAT technologies to comprehend the complete scope of the Quvia solution and the satellite communications networks utilized by our target customers.
• Demonstrated experience in selling, delivering, or supporting software solutions within a maritime context.
• Capacity to engage in early-stage technical discussions regarding solution design and implementation.
• Previous experience in an operational role within a satellite communications service provider setting.
