This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality feed articles and feature stories that focus on consumer technology, hardware, applications, and entertainment setups.

• Concentrate reporting on smartphones, tablets, laptops, Smart TVs, audio/visual equipment, physical media, and applications.

• Regularly propose original, practical feature ideas, opinion pieces, and device roundups.

• Deliver clean, engaging content swiftly in a dynamic work environment.

• Upload drafts directly into the custom content management system (CMS).

• Format images and adhere to house style guidelines.

• Collaborate directly with editors on assignments, feedback on pitches, and content strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in writing technology features, consumer guides, or hardware content in English.

• Strong knowledge of smartphones, laptops, Smart TVs, A/V hardware, physical media formats, and leading app ecosystems.

• Ability to distill specifications and technology trends into clear, engaging, and relatable advice for everyday readers.

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.

• Comfortable navigating a digital content management system (CMS).

• A proactive mindset with the ability to independently pitch relevant and timely feature topics.

• Strict commitment to Valnet’s Editorial Standards, including a zero-tolerance approach to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) writing tools.

• Submission of a CV and cover letter is mandatory.

• At least 2-3 writing samples of tech articles showcasing your abilities.

• Links to social media profiles or a portfolio are required.
