This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete candidate flow for all open positions utilizing the ATS.
• Schedule, confirm, and rearrange interviews with efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor candidate progress and proactively address any pipeline bottlenecks.
• Provide timely updates, feedback, and rejection notifications to candidates.
• Quickly respond to candidate inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as a point of contact between the recruiting team and internal hiring stakeholders.
• Keep candidate data precise and current across all roles.
• Assist recruiting leadership and manage workflow transitions as the team grows.
• Proactively escalate any blockers or delays to maintain hiring momentum.
• Discover opportunities to automate repetitive tasks in the recruiting process.
• Assess which processes need a human touch versus those that can be automated.
• Enhance and streamline existing workflows for improved efficiency and consistency.
• Recommend and implement proactive process improvements.
• Provide professional and engaging communication throughout all candidate interactions.
• Ensure clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
• Guarantee timely updates, changes in scheduling, and feedback delivery.
• Positively represent the company brand during the hiring journey.
• Must-Haves (Required)
• - 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
• - Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS (functional proficiency is required from day one).
• - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across various open roles.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• - Demonstrated ability to work with urgency in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• - High degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
• - Experience in supporting hiring across technical, operational, and leadership positions.
• - Familiarity with startup or high-growth company settings.
• - Experience in implementing recruiting workflow automation.
• - Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
• - Strong asynchronous communication habits and experience with remote collaboration.

• - Ashby ATS.
• - Slack.
• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
• - Knowledge of additional ATS or HRIS platforms.
• - Google Workspace.
• - Calendar and scheduling tools.
