Tech Recruiter – Single Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• A thorough understanding of the client, their organization, company culture, and guiding values. This process begins at the kick-off and continues until the end of our collaboration.

• Research and sourcing, which involves searching for and contacting potential candidates using a variety of tools.

• Writing job postings, providing feedback, and crafting numerous personalized messages and emails.

• Conducting recruitment interviews with developers, project managers, product owners, and testers, including an initial assessment of technical skills.

• Supporting candidates and the client throughout the entire recruitment process. You will be the expert point of contact for both parties to address any concerns.


⛳️ Requirements

• We are looking for individuals with 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably across multiple organizations or recruitment agencies. Independence, the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing to offer), and excellent communication skills are essential. Depending on the project, fluent English will also be required.

• In our collaboration, we expect your ownership and ability to plan work with a results-oriented approach. This is due to the flexible and independent nature of our partnership—you will operate with a high degree of autonomy. However, it is crucial to adhere to the work standards established by Bee Talents and those set by the client.

• We value honesty and proactivity in communication. We prioritize professionalism and high-quality output, so we seek individuals skilled in analyzing and presenting data, drawing conclusions, and possessing a flair for creating personalized messages and job postings.

• We are looking for candidates who can start working within the next two weeks, as our clients typically expect new hires to be available promptly.
