This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Your objective: achieving the 12-month goals.
• We evaluate success based on time-to-fill and the quality of deals rather than hours spent at a desk.
• Month 1: You will take charge of one account and oversee the processes independently.
• Month 2: "Closing time" — you will finalize your first independent placement.
• Month 6 (end of probation): You will have generated €120,000 in revenue and, through exceptional account management, developed 2 new projects/clients from your portfolio.
• Month 12: You will achieve a minimum of €250,000 in annual revenue, demonstrating strong performance in delivery.
• We are seeking high-performance headhunters, not administrators.
• Sourcing: You excel in using LinkedIn automation or tools like Clay, GitHub, and StackOverflow to discover passive talent that others cannot access.
• Status authority: You engage confidently with Practice Leads and C-level executives; you are not a supplicant but an expert.
• Extreme ownership: A challenging profile does not deter you; instead, it presents an opportunity for you to excel.
• High-end tech stack: We optimize your time by eliminating manual searches, allowing you to utilize Recruit CRM, Clay, Juicebox, and our proprietary automation workflows.
• Aggressive commission model: You directly benefit from success in delivery, with commission rates ranging from 5% to 17% from the first euro earned.
• Radical candor & teamship: We support one another. If a process encounters a hurdle, we address it immediately — straightforwardly honest, but always with the aim of improving the team. No politics, just results.
