Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant – Stundenbasis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent management of full-cycle recruiting projects for clients.

• Overseeing projects from briefing and sourcing through screening, hiring manager calibration, and process management to the offer phase.

• Engaging with client systems such as ATS, Slack, email setups, and hiring meetings.

• Maintaining connection with the MatchWave team.

• Accelerating and reliably structuring recruiting processes without compromising quality.

• Developing clear scorecards, structured pipelines, and transparent weekly updates.

• Advising hiring managers and assisting with improved hiring decisions.

• Identifying suitable candidates for commercial roles in sales, marketing, GTM, operations, and customer success.

• Effectively utilizing modern tools such as Granola, GPT, and Claude.

• Continuously enhancing and optimizing recruiting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in recruiting.

• At least 2 years of independent experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Experience with commercial roles such as sales, SDR/AE, marketing, GTM, customer success, or operations.

• Responsible for recruiting independently from briefing to offer.

• Experience in startups, scale-ups, growing SMEs, embedded recruiting, RPO, or consulting setups.

• Structured and transparent working style with scorecards, pipeline updates, weekly reports, and clean hiring processes.

• Strong service-oriented mindset and ability to ensure client success.

• Proficient communication skills in German and English.

• Ability to collaborate clearly, reliably, and empathetically with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.

• Experience in tech recruiting is a plus but not mandatory.
