Junior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Source candidates using various recruitment platforms and channels

• Effectively utilize company-supplied recruitment tools to their fullest potential

• Identify, source, and meticulously screen qualified candidates

• Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural alignment

• Oversee and implement the complete onboarding process for selected candidates

• Facilitate a seamless and welcoming transition into the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience or a keen interest in HR, recruitment, or onboarding

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Acquainted with professional sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management

• Capability to work independently while adhering to strict core hours

• Availability from Sunday to Friday, six days a week

• Commitment to seven working hours each day

• Must be online and accessible daily from 11:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST
