This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Proactively identify and source technology candidates utilizing job boards, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, texting platforms, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
• Develop and sustain a robust, active pipeline of highly qualified technology professionals across various disciplines.
• Recruit for positions including: Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack).
• DevOps Engineers.
• Cloud Engineers & Architects.
• Data Scientists & Data Engineers.
• Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers.
• Accessibility Specialists.
• Product Managers.
• UX/UI Designers.
• Cybersecurity Professionals.
• AI & Machine Learning Engineers.
• Conduct a high volume of phone and video interviews with candidates.
• Evaluate candidates based on their technical skills, experience, salary expectations, availability, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and placement process.
• Establish consultative relationships with candidates and act as a subject matter expert on trends in technology staffing.
• Foster strong candidate relationships to enhance engagement, retention, referrals, and redeployment opportunities.
• Utilize ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools (including Copilot), sourcing automation, and texting platforms to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs related to outreach, submissions, interviews, placements, starts, and candidate activity.
• Collaborate closely with sales and client services teams to ensure successful candidate placements and exceptional client experiences.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency environment is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting technology professionals, including software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, or similar technical fields.
• Proven track record of success in a high-volume, KPI-driven recruiting environment.
• Strong familiarity with recruiting technologies, including ATS platforms and CRM systems.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and job board sourcing tools.
• Experience with texting and candidate engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted sourcing, recruiting, and workflow automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable with outbound phone, text, and digital outreach to candidates.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to quickly build relationships and maintain a high level of candidate engagement.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
