This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead enterprise recruiting initiatives.
• Develop and refine the recruiting strategy to meet business and customer requirements.
• Create standardized practices and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including leadership or enterprise-level positions.
• Proven track record of leading recruiting teams in a matrix or dotted-line environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable insights.
• Preferred experience in staffing, transportation, logistics, or high-volume recruiting settings.
• Demonstrated capability in developing recruiter skills and enhancing performance.
• Excellent influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
