This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including role definition, proactive sourcing, pipeline management, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and pre-boarding processes along with background checks for positions in Canada and the US.
• Collaborate with department leaders in engineering, product, marketing, and sales to identify talent requirements and devise sourcing strategies.
• Actively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, industry networks, and other pertinent channels.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience by effectively managing communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Develop a robust and diverse talent pipeline to address Bankjoy’s immediate and future hiring demands.
• Work in close partnership with leadership to propel recruitment initiatives and achieve ambitious hiring goals in a rapidly growing environment.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly focusing on technical and growth roles.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting within fast-paced, hyper-growth tech companies.
• Experience in adapting to high-speed, remote-first work environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies tailored for engineering, product, marketing, and sales positions.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation capabilities.
• Skilled in utilizing candidate sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
• Capability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines (averaging 5-15 open roles).
• Experience with Ashby is strongly preferred.
