This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Collaborate with CBT hiring managers to determine ongoing recruitment needs;
• Advertise our job openings on various international platforms;
• Identify potential candidates through online channels, including social media and professional networks;
• Evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications;
• Organize and conduct initial interviews;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with former applicants and prospective candidates;
• Continuously engage with candidates until they secure a position with the client.
• Proficient in sourcing qualified candidates through multiple strategies;
• Knowledgeable in Social Media, resume databases, and professional networking sites;
• Experienced in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and assessment methods;
• Background in recruiting profiles for the BPO sector;
• Meet CBT monthly targets and participate in weekly teleconferences with your manager;
• Availability of 20 to 30 hours per week at a minimum;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
• Strong resilience and proactive approach;
• High level of commitment and accountability;
• Focused on achieving results;
