This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for your designated departments and locations, from the initial intake session to the signed offer.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to critically assess briefs, provide insights on candidate profiles, coach on interviewing best practices, and leverage your market expertise.

• Proactively and creatively source candidates by building targeted pipelines even before roles are publicly advertised.

• Design and enhance hiring processes, scorecards, and candidate experiences that are both high-quality and scalable.

• Assist in setting up and optimizing ATS workflows, automations, and sourcing tools to maintain a clean pipeline and maximize efficiency.

• Ensure a consistently exceptional candidate experience from the initial contact to the final closure.

• Monitor and share data regarding pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire to promote continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience across various roles and functions.

• A proactive approach to sourcing; you actively seek out the right candidates rather than waiting for applications.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills: you listen attentively, provide constructive feedback, and quickly establish trust.

• A process-oriented mindset that keeps your pipeline and candidate journey organized, even in high-pressure situations.

• Practical experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools; you understand how to set them up effectively, not just operate them.

• A builder mentality; you thrive in uncertain environments and act swiftly without compromising on quality.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
