📋 Description

• Act as the strategic recruiting partner for Zipline's Autonomy, Fullstack, and Marketplace software engineering teams, collaborating closely with engineering leaders to formulate hiring strategies that align with business objectives, organizational structure, and long-term growth.

• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle from attracting top talent to offer acceptance, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while upholding a rigorous standard for technical excellence and long-term success.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing and talent engagement strategies, utilizing extensive knowledge of the competitive software engineering talent market to identify and recruit outstanding candidates who possess the necessary technical skills and will thrive at Zipline.

• Influence hiring decisions by providing market insights, talent intelligence, thoughtful calibration, and data-driven recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and nurture diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring Zipline's ability to continue scaling world-class engineering teams.

• Continuously enhance hiring results by collaborating with interviewers and leaders to improve assessment quality, streamline the recruiting process, and elevate hiring practices throughout the organization.

• Contribute to the advancement of Zipline's talent function by sharing best practices, refining recruiting operations, mentoring colleagues, and elevating standards for recruiting excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced settings, with a proven track record of attracting exceptional software engineering talent.

• Proven success in partnering with senior engineering leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies for critical technical organizations.

• In-depth understanding of the competitive software engineering talent landscape, with an exceptional ability to identify candidates who not only possess the right technical skills but will also enhance their teams and thrive at Zipline.

• Outstanding sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities, with the capacity to build trust, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment across all organizational levels.

• Strong business acumen, excellent communication and prioritization skills, along with a data-informed approach to decision-making.

• A high level of ownership, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
